Messymod

Although the thought process behind Messymod is disordered and loose, the first edition deck was seven months in the making and possesses an organised, balanced style by using simple shapes and a limited colour palette.

Face and spot cards combine minimal, stylized graphics in a delightfully plain (yet surprisingly weird, quirky and grotesque) manner that means each can stand alone as an individual work of art, possessing it's own unique presence and identity.

Packaged in a letterpress-printed, premium tuck box, this completely custom and quirky deck of cards has been produced by Art of Play in collaboration with Los Angeles based creatives, TRÜF.
