Shipping

The majority of orders will be are sent using Royal Mail's postal service however, depending on order size, ParcelForce, FedEx or DPD may also be used to ensure safe and speedy delivery of your decks!

Domestic orders (UK) are shipped Royal Mail Signed For® First Class free of charge if your order is over £15. For larger orders, a dedicated courier service will be used (ParcelForce, FedEx or DPD) All services typically deliver packages within 1-3 working days. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders via email at the time of shipment and an electronic signature required at point of delivery.

For all orders £15 and under, a flat-rate shipping fee of £2 is added during checkout. We realise that nobody enjoys paying for postage which is why we're contributing by covering packaging and part of the delivery cost. Rest assured, you'll still receive the same great service described above! 

Overseas postage is a flat-rate of £8.00 regardless of order size. International orders are typically shipped Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed For however ParcelForce, FedEx or DPD may be used for larger orders. If the shipping address is within Europe, expect delivery within approximately 4-6 working days. Delivery to the rest of the world will take approximately 6-10 working days. A tracking number will be provided via email at the time of shipment. 

All orders are despatched within 24 hours and shipping rates (where applicable) include packaging and handling. Unfortunately we have no control over import taxes or customs fees. These may be charged by your government and are your responsibility.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or your original order confirmation. Please send us a message at contact@kingofcards.com for assistance and our returns address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

In the unlikely event that a refund is rejected, your item will be sent back to you free of charge in the condition in which it was returned. 

Late Refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@kingofcards.com.

Lost Package?

King of Cards uses Royal Mail's postal service or couriers to ship our products. In the unlikely event that your package gets lost or stolen, King of Cards cannot be held accountable once the goods have left our storage facility. If your parcel has not been delivered within the specified time frame or if you are having trouble tracking down a shipment, you will need to contact your local post office or courier.
