Bicycle: Blackbeard
Bocopo Playing Card Co. have adopted everything there is to know about pirate-culture and combined it to create a deck of cards that oozes mystery, mischief and terror.
The cards are printed against a vintage yellow back-drop and with a back design that tells the story of Blackbeard's 'Pirate's Vengeance' - where four ships were led seal off the South Carolina capital of Charleston. Pirate elements are scattered throughout this deck from the anchor dominating the front of the tuck, to iconic flags, goggles and iron chains.
Court cards represent the twelve pirates who were ruthlessly abandoned by Blackbeard during the above endeavour and, whilst they are depicted by skulls and skeletons, have a sense of vengeful ferocity with many wielding weapons and wearing armour.
