Produced by Pure Imagination Projects and envisioned by Derek McKee and Michael Blau, Les Méliès pays elegant tribute to George Méliès, the legendary French filmmaker and illusionist. The design celebrates his 1902 cinematic masterpiece, A Trip to the Moon, immortalising the iconic "Man in the Moon" with a space capsule landed in its eye. Blending a minimal casino-style aesthetic with rich visual storytelling, these decks offer historic charm alongside hidden utility for magicians, cardists, and collectors alike.
While both variations celebrate the golden age of silent film, each brings a distinct character and unique mechanics to the table. The Conquest Grey Edition draws inspiration from The Conquest of the Pole, utilizing a sleek Pantone metallic silver card back that catches the light like the starry night sky. In contrast, the Red Eclipse Edition channels The Eclipse: Courtship of the Sun and Moon. This limited edition deck is engineered for the working magician, arriving pre-stacked in Mnemonica order and boasts its own devious marking system, a double-backer and a blank-face gaff card.
Both variants are printed by the United States Playing Card Company on premium, crushed Bicycle stock and feature standard, recognizable faces, a custom Ace of Spades and thematic Jokers.

When it comes to Returns, our policy lasts 30 days. Any longer than this unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. That depends on where you are. Orders delivered within the UK will typically take 1-3 business days to arrive from date of despatch. We typically replenish stock every 2-4 weeks however, some products in our catalogue are of a limited print-run and therefore require outsourcing from third parties. This process adds additional time and uncertainty and in some instances, results in items being removed from our store due to an inability to source stock or find product at the right price. In this case, the product in question will end up in our Archive - a dedicated space for all decks that have been listed on our store but that are no longer available to purchase.
