Black Ink Playing Card Company

High Fidelity

Breathing new life into the vintage Goodall deck, featuring intricate scroll-work and ornamental patterns.

The year is 1899 and the well known playing card designer Charles Goodall is sitting at his desk in London. Whilst listening to his phonograph, Goodall creates what are arguably the most beautiful court cards of the Victorian era.

High Fidelity by Black Ink Playing Card Company have been designed under meticulous scrutiny to ensure homage is paid to the original deck, including hand-drawn court cards produced with unparalleled accuracy that accompany customised pips, all encased within a tuck box crafted crafted of dark blue card stock with embossed detailing and opulent copper foil.
