Chris Ramsay's aptly named '1ST' playing cards are designed by Abraham Garcia Sanchez and marked his first solo venture into the playing card industry. Featuring a striking gold foil band wrapping around its perimeter and exquisite interior gold foil printing, '1ST' is a deck that exudes class before you even set eyes on the cards.

The cards arrive in Mnemonica stack with gaff cards for magic performances. Their design is completely custom, with re-coloured face cards which use metallic inks and custom Jokers. Their back design itself marked a first for the United States Playing Card Company, being the first deck to include gold foil logos that run over the borders and to the edges of each card, creating beautiful displays when fanned or spread.

Subsequent releases featured signed editions that were available to customer's purchasing a 'Brick Special' - where one deck in twelve was signed by Ramsay before cellophane was applied, to ensure pristine condition and longevity for collectors.
